Corey Compressor, Inc. has taken steps to help by offering a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program. This plan will establish baseline performance criteria for each machine that it is applied to. Each subsequent check of the machine will then be compared to this information in order to predict and address failures through scheduled maintenance rather than reacting to emergency situations.
The Corey Compressor, Inc. Service Technician will perform an overall visual inspection of the machine condition. In order to ensure a comprehensive program, we will also include the following routine checks, electrical checks, and alignments:
* — Change oil as needed (synthetic or mineral-based oil as required) * — Inspect belt tension and make any belt adjustments * — Noise inspection and evaluation * — Inspect electrical connections * — Take amp, temperature, and pressure readings * — Replacement of air filter * — Replacement of oil filter * — Replace Separator * — Inspect / clean drain valves * — Perform safety checks * — General cleaning of coolers * — Inspect auxiliary equipment for proper operation Our extensive crew of trained master technicians are automatically dispatched, each equipped with a service vehicle, tools, and parts to get your equipment back up and running, so you can get back into production as quickly as possible.
